FAQ

1) How many people can stay in a cabin? Up to four per cabin. Triple and Quad cabins are limited on the ship and fill quickly.

2) I reserved through Carnival, why can't I attend the Exclusive Bill Gatten events?  Only those that sign up via this website will invited to attend exclusive Real Estate seminars and activities; you will only have access to the closed door events if you purchase the cruise through our group. These exclusive events will not be available to any other people on the ship.

3)  Is the price the same if I want my own cabin?  We have a limited number of single cabins available. Please contact us for rates and availability. We can try to match you up with someone if you are interested in sharing a cabin.

4) Does the price include airfare? No, the price includes cabin, meals, entertainment, port charges, and taxes. Airfare and transfers are additional.

5) What is included in the price?

  • Accommodations for 7 nights
  • Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks
    (Do you know they serve more Lobster than any cruise ship afloat?)
  • Complimentary Room Service 
  • Nightly entertainment
  • Complimentary admission to all night clubs, shows and bands on board the ship
  • Complimentary kid’s program (2-17)
  • Transportation between the exotic ports of call and

6) What is not included in the price?
Items of personal nature such as;
Laundry, dry cleaning, telephone calls, spa visits, casino,
drinks from the Bar, alcohol, soft drinks, mineral water, bottled water, specialty restaurants, shore excursions, gratuities, air transportation, hotels, and conveyances not specified in the itinerary.

7) What do I do if I have special dietary requirements?
Please contact our office prior to sailing and we will inform the ship. The ship will let us know exactly how they will accommodate your special needs.

8) What if I want to bring my kids?
Our vacations are created with everyone in mind. Kids are welcome.
The kids have their very own activities and entertainment planned just for them. Evening entertainment is created for adults (although kids are welcome to most shows).

9) How do you make a reservation?
To reserve your stateroom, contact our office at 800-695-5253 or fill out the registration request form. We require  $250.00 deposit at the time of booking and the final balance is due on or before Oct. 22, 2008. After that date, we do require full payment at the time of booking. We’ll pick your exact stateroom with you so that you can stay in the location on the ship that works best for you.

10) Should I purchase travel insurance?
We strongly recommend that you purchase Travel Guard insurance.  However, you are welcome to pick any plan and you may want to contact the companies to see what is covered on the various plans that are offered. Travel Insurance is not required but again, recommended.

11) Will I need a passport to travel?
After January 1, 2007, all US citizens will be required to have a passport for all international travel.

12) What are my payment options?
We require $250.00 per guest deposit per stateroom to hold a stateroom. The final balance is due Oct. 22, 2008

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Prior to Oct. 21, 2008 $100 per person
Oct. 22, 2008 or after 100% of total trip cost
All cancellations must be made in writing and received 3 days prior to Oct. 22, 2008.
