Pre - Cruise Information
As your fabulous vacation draws closer, we
look forward to welcoming you onboard. Whether you are a first-time cruiser
or a seasoned cruiser, please carefully review all the information provided
as it will ensure you a seamless and enjoyable start to your cruise.
Passenger Responsibility:
Each passenger is responsible for providing a completed Passenger
Information Form located on the cruise line website, which is required in
advance of the cruise, and for presenting the correct and valid travel
documents at the cruise check -in. Due to heightened security measures
enacted by the U.S. Federal Border Security Act, we are required to provide
passenger information to the local authorities in advance of your cruise
departure date. Please note that your failure to provide this information to
the cruise lines requested will result in delays at embarkation and or
denied boarding. When boarding is denied, all cruise cancellation fees will

Pre -Cruise check List:
Please complete this form on line. Provide all requested information no
later than 18 days prior to sailing. Complete all information including the
registration of your credit card, by 50 days to qualify for Express
check-in.
Past Passenger's:
If you are a past passenger with this cruise line, please advise your Cruise
Event specialist with your past passenger number.
Pre-Reserve Shore Excursions:
See the shore excursions offered in each port and pre reserve your
selections on line. Note that all tour costs will be charged to your
stateroom account and that tour capacities are limited.
Embarkation Check-List
Passport - Valid for 6
months beyond the completion date of your travel.
Documents for children (under 18
years of age) In addition to their Valid Passport, Notarized letter of
Consent to Travel is required from both parents or legal guardians, unless
the child is accompanied by both parents.
Cruise Confirmation and documents:
Ensure the name on your Cruise confirmation and documents matches the name
on your travel documents.
