AIR
AND OTHER ARRANGEMENTS TO GET YOU THERE:
Air rates vary with
city of departure. Airline tickets (including roundtrip
transfers between the
airport and the ship) may be purchased from the cruise
line. In many cases, you can
obtain better airfares, but we won’t know the best
prices until you are ready
to book. Western cities may require a one night
pre-cruise hotel stay
(which is additional). If you obtain your airline
tickets on your own, please
be sure that your arrival time is early enough to get to
the ship before it
departs and that your return flight leaves late enough
to allow time for the ship to
complete U.S. Customs procedures and for you to get to
the airport. Check with
Cruise Events if you are not sure.
SHORE EXCURSIONS ARE OPTIONAL. See the Excursions Office when you board the ship or look at the website to pre-book your tours.
Required Travel Documents:
You will receive your Electronic Cruise ticket approximately 2 to 3
weeks prior to the cruise departure date. Please contact
a Cruise Event Specialist if you have not received your
Electronic
Cruise ticket by 2 weeks prior to sailing. Please note
that the ticket will include the Cruise Lines’ passenger
terms and conditions. You must have your ticket with you
to embark and VALID PASSPORT as described above.
You are responsible for having proper travel
documentation, both at the time of embarkation, as well
as throughout the Cruise. If you do not have proper
documentation at the time of embarkation, you will not
be allowed to board the Cruise, and you will not receive
a refund of the Cruise fare.
No Shows:
All no shows will be assessed a 100% cancellation
fee.

independent contractors. Operator in no way owns or
operates the vehicles or facilities to be used during
the trip, and does not guarantee or assume
responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of
suppliers, their employees, agents, etc. All bookings

rates. Please note that in some cases, your airline
tickets will be electronically issued in lieu of paper
tickets. Car Rental and Fly/Drive programs are subject
to the rental terms in the country where you start your
tour. In all cases, you will need to present a current
drivers license. Other conditions such as age
requirements, insurance, surcharges, fuel, extra drivers
etc. will be explained to you at the point of rental.

dissatisfaction with the Operator and filed a claim in
the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas within six (6)
months from the first date of the cruise. You agree
that you should bring such a claim in the Bucks County
Court of Common Pleas and not prevail, that you will
reimburse Cruise Events for the full cost of Cruise
Events legal fees and costs of litigation even if you
should prevail in any action against Cruise Events. In
calculating the cost of your trip, Operator has relied
on your consent to these terms and conditions and in the

with a legal, enforceable, and valid provision that is
similar in tenor to the stricken provision where legally
possible. Should you breach any of these terms and
conditions, you agree no waiver of your breach by Cruise
Events shall be effective unless it is writing signed by
the Director of Cruise Events, and you further agree

continuing waiver unless the writing so specifies.

physical injury, or having been at risk of actual
physical injury, or when such damages are held to have
been intentionally inflicted by the Released Parties);
(4) any change in scheduled Cruise events and/or
celebrity appearances; or (5) the Cruise Lines’ exercise
of its contractual rights (see below). You further agree
that the Released Parties shall not be held vicariously
liable for the intentional or negligent acts of any

Released Parties’ employees committed while off duty or
outside the course and scope of their employment.
In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction
holds any of the foregoing to be unenforceable, then the
Released Parties’ liability shall be limited to the
maximum extent permitted by law. In addition, in such
case:
Claims for Personal Injury, Illness or Death:
The Released Parties shall not be liable for any claims
whatsoever for personal injury, illness or death of a
passenger, unless full particulars in writing are given
to Cruise Events within 185 days after the date of the

You (the passenger) expressly waive all other
potentially applicable state or federal limitations
periods.
Other Claims:
The Released Parties shall not be liable for any claims
whatsoever, other than for personal injury, illness or
death of a passenger, unless full particulars in writing
are given to Cruise Events within 30 days after the
passenger is landed from the Cruise, or if the Cruise is
abandoned, within 30 days thereafter. Suit to recover on
any claim whatsoever other than for personal injury,
illness or death shall not be maintainable unless filed

potentially applicable state or federal limitations
periods

reason, to ensure the comfort and safety of the
passengers and crew;

Without limiting the foregoing, the Released Parties shall not be liable to any Cruise passenger for a full or partial refund of any Cruise fare, or for any lodging or transportation expenses, as a result of The Cruise Lines’ exercise of its contractual rights.
Disputes:
Except where prohibited, you (the passenger) agree that:
(1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action
arising out of or connected with the Cruise shall be
resolved individually, without resort to any form of
class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court
located in the State of Pennsylvania; (2) any and all
claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual
out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated
with the Cruise, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and
(3) you waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever,
including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential,
direct or indirect damages. All issues and questions
concerning the construction, validity, interpretation
and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions shall
be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the State of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to
any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of
the State of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction),
which would cause the application of the laws of any
jurisdiction other than the State of Pennsylvania.
Miscellaneous:
The Cruise Lines reserves the right to substitute the
Cruise vessel. Any consequences arising out of The
Cruise Line’s exercise of this right shall be governed
by the agreement between The Cruise Line and Cruise
Events, and not by The Cruise Line’s agreement with you,
the passenger. Furthermore, in the event of any conflict
between the Cruise Lines Terms and these terms and
